About Holly Dewolf

I am a Product Manager with a fierce desire to make products that make a difference. I come from a User Experience background, so I always have my eye on putting the customer first and pulling user research all the way through the product lifecycle. I view product management as a fascinating puzzle. How do I put all of these pieces together so that I get the best result for the user (and the business) while I incrementally build in the right direction and continuously verifying and course-correcting?I\'m also very passionate about approaching every aspect of my life and my career with curiosity. Whether that\'s a product roadmap, a user research project, or how to help a teammate meet their maximum potential, I bring my desire to learn and grow to the table.

   Leading the Product Management Community of Practice for the USAF Weather’s new cloud-based application suite, WARPspeed, driving alignment, collaboration, and shared standards across teams- Facilitating product strategy and roadmap alignment sessions across teams using service design and human-centered practices to clarify priorities and accelerate decision-making- Partnering with stakeholders across government, design, engineering, and content strategy to drive cloud migration goals, reduce duplication, and identify emerging needs post-migration- Using innovative workshop facilitation to help teams navigate complexity, uncover root causes, and align on solutions—creating space for both creativity and structure- Advocating for outcome-focused product delivery through regular roadmap reviews, backlog refinement support, and metrics workshops to measure impact.
