About Heather McEndree
I am an experienced music teacher and business leader. I am the Executive Director of Cumberland Valley School of Music, where I also teach students from newborn through retirement ages. I have been recognized by Musikgarten as a Master Teacher and have received the Exemplary Program Award for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. I was honored by my alma mater, Lebanon Valley College, with the Creative Achievement Award in 2017. I have presented for county and state music education organizations. I taught 12 years in middle school public education, earning \"Outstanding First Year Teacher\" in 2003 and recognized as a Nominee for the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Washington County \"Teacher of the Year,\" reaching Finalist status in 2012.
