As the VP of Product Management at AMEX GBT, I lead a global team of over 60 product leaders, who partner with more than 300 engineers, plus Data Science, UX and Analytics to deliver industry leading flight, hotel, rail, car/ground shopping and checkout experiences for Egencia as well as Hotel, Air and Rail solutions for GBT Select and Neo.My team is focused on delivering the best content, features and user experiences to help our customers and partners maximize the value of AMEX GBT marketplace, while delivering significant business benefits by driving improvements in conversion, revenue and online adoption. My core competencies include defining and executing product vision and strategy, challenging my teams and partners to use the best technology for a given problem including AI/ML, mentoring and developing talent, org structure and design and product operations and planning.
