   As an HR Advisor, I provide support and a positive interactive experience for complex inquiries from associates and R1 Leaders regarding HR procedures, processes, and policies, and focus on case resolution. I conduct thorough, legally compliant internal investigations and follow through with employee relations situations. I also provide day to day performance management guidance and support to R1 people leaders including coaching, counseling, career development, and performance improvement action plans. I collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence to grow and develop our HR knowledge base to help associates easily access and navigate through our self service tools. In short, my role supports people and seeks to enhance the employee experience for leaders and associates alike.
