Humberto Lopes is the founder and CEO of H.L. Dynasty which consists of H.L. General Contractors Inc, H.L. Dynasty Real Estate Corp, and H.L. Property Management LLC. Mr. Lopes has been in the real estate industry for 40+ years developing and investing in residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout New York and Florida. He currently owns and manages his substantial portfolio of 1.2 million square feet of real estate. Purchasing his first property in Red Hook, Brooklyn at only 19 years old, today he is one of the largest property owners in South Brooklyn. HL\'s current investment venture is developing and leasing out numerous mixed-use properties located in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn, where he has acquired an entire city block. This recent addition to his impressive portfolio is runner-up to his favorite \"Trophy Property\" where he has secured four square blocks of commercial properties. One of the many properties included in that transaction was square feet of land which he then developed to bring the independent school \"BASIS\" to the neighborhood, creating endless opportunities for the community that he holds dear to his heart.
