I\'m a transportation planner with over six years of experience helping transportation authorities, governments, infrastructure developers and investors across North America advance regional policies, plans, programs, and major infrastructure projects. I support clients from early-stage strategic planning to project delivery by:• Structuring frameworks for decision-making and project development – identifying what decisions are needed, when, by whom, and what type of evidence is required• Understanding current conditions, future needs, demand, and uncertainty• Setting goals, objectives and performance measures aligned with policy priorities• Analyzing, evaluating, and prioritizing options - including business cases that assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness and investment rationale, and supporting capital portfolio management• Operationalizing approvals, investment and delivery – including delivery model design, governance structures, funding strategies, due diligence, and supporting documentation such as environmental reviewsMy experience spans transit, rail, freight, maritime, aviation, active transportation, TDM, transit-oriented development and integrated transportation and land use planning.I approach each project with a systems mindset — connecting strategy, policy, and implementation – while keeping the focus on delivering the outcomes that matter most.
