In a newly-created role as the county’s sole technical trainer supporting the county’s multi-module Oracle HCM solution implementation – I provide systems training and champion change adoption. I’ve deepened my system expertise partnering with department and functional heads, consultants and subject matter experts (Fire to Police, Library to Tax) throughout – and by participating in new module QA, testing and document review. I’ve built a portfolio of resource materials and several tools to support both our customers and our team, including self-paced downloadable technical training quick reference guides, a knowledge repository containing training policies and procedures, and more.As a member of the Organization & Employee Development Team that supports all training, I also contribute to new employee orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
