Content Creation: Create high-quality training materials, including videos, SOPs, process documents, and FAQs, for internal teams and service partners. Quality Management: Monitor KPI metrics, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.🧪 Testing & Feedback: Provide real-time product testing feedback to cross-functional teams for updates and new feature integration. Escalation & Support: Handle escalated technical cases, customer complaints, and provide expert-level solutions to improve first-time resolution rates.This role allows me to combine technical knowledge, customer experience, and content strategy to strengthen Xiaomi’s service ecosystem and product adoption across India.
