About Harry Regan

Harry Regan is a consultant, advisor and consulting engineer in cybersecurity, physical security, and operations with over 40 years of experience. His career has demonstrated an entrepreneurial attitude coupled with a drive to maintain currency with emerging technologies and emerging threats. He has held in executive, senior technical staff, and consulting positions with assignments encompassing program management, computer and network operations, and executive-level consulting and strategic technology positioning, and advisory services. Mr. Regan’s experience has been focused on developing, implementing, and managing information security and privacy programs, threat and vulnerability assessments, technology countermeasures development, System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, building and industrial infrastructure protection, NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (NERC-CIP), and a number of regulatory compliance programs including FISMA, HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA among others. Harry is recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in a variety of security areas including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Mr. Regan has received recognition for his expertise and has been featured as a speaker in a number of national and international forums such as the RSA Security Conference, DEFCON, DerbyCon, Secure360 and a number of other others.
