ABOUT HIYA AIDASANI
I am deeply passionate about Biotechnology, a field I’ve been learning, exploring and growing with for over 8 years. My journey began with pure academic curiosity in Cancer Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Genetics and Synthetic Biology and has now naturally evolved toward understanding how scientific breakthroughs translate into real-world impact. What fascinates me most today is not only how biotechnology works in the lab, but how it scales, reaches patients, shapes industries and drives global change.I am driven by the intersection of science, business and strategy and fascinated by how biological breakthroughs evolve into real-world therapeutics, diagnostics, medtech and biopharma solutions that shape modern healthcare. The scientific, regulatory and commercial dimensions of this journey excite me equally and I aspire to contribute to a future where powerful ideas in life sciences don’t remain confined to research papers, but reach the patients, industries and communities that need them most.At my core, I remain a leaner who is curious, analytical and always eager to understand how the biotechnology ecosystem is evolving. I enjoy connecting with people across research, healthcare, business and policy and I’m always open to conversations that push collective learning forward. If you’re passionate about the future of biotechnology and healthcare, I’d love to connect and exchange ideas!
