I am a business owner offering Functional Medicine Health Coaching services. My journey into health coaching is deeply rooted in my personal experience with PCOS, navigating mental health challenges, and overcoming burnout in a demanding corporate environment. Coupled with my academic background in biomedical engineering, I bring a deeper understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and the interconnected systems of the body, what happens when they function optimally and what happens when they don’t.My focus is on supporting individuals, particularly those in tech, with managing PCOS, navigating perimenopause, addressing mental well-being, and preventing burnout. I guide clients in creating sustainable lifestyle changes using tools such as SMART goal setting, motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, behavior change strategies, stress management techniques, and mind-body practices.I believe that health and wellness are deeply personal, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. My role is to offer a compassionate and personalized approach that helps individuals reconnect with their intuition and uncover their own paths to well-being.Guided by values of integrity, empathy, connection, and personalization, I’m committed to making an impact, whether by solving business challenges or helping individuals take steps toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
