Responsibilities:Plan the Implementation activities for given roll out of sites as per targets in the circle, Identify and mobilize required resources. Roll-out / Installation, Commissioning and maintenance (I&C) of Microwave Equipment. Arranging MW Material issuance to I&C Teams as well as Providing Tech Support to I&C teams as per requirement. Provisioning trail, policer, QOS profile, WRED Profile, PIPE creation for site integration. Mapping of VLAN, SNTP, SNMP & IP configuration as per DCN Plan. Involved in all NMS activity for all our clients using Net-viewer Application. Node addition in NMS of integrated hops using Net-viewer Application. Checking of Throughput using Ethernet tester & Provisioning of E1/Ethernet traffic for the BTS/EnodeB. Analysis & resolve All active & History Alarm. Prepare & execute the script for resolve the HAAM & SNTP Not reachable alarm. Daily target for visibility lost cases for restoration & new SW version upgrade in all NE using Mputty. Fetching all data related to offering for HOTO & corrects all NE as per costumer criteria. Fault management which covers all faults rectification and analysis of Microwave network.Identify and resolve faults, perform escalations to ensure timely resolutions. Comprehensive technical analysis, network health check of Microwave networks and track corrective actions. Provides telephonic support to field teams for fault resolution
