About Hitha Hari
Hai I am a MSc Clinical Psychology postgraduate with a deep passion for understanding human mental health, I have dedicated my academic and professional journey to enhancing mental well-being. My experience includes been a trainee for eight months and also started working as a counselor from the final semester of my postgraduate studies, where I honed my skills in providing empathetic and effective support to individuals facing various psychological challenges. I am committed to continue professional development in the field of psychology, aiming to contribute positively to the mental health sector. I am particularly interested in exploring evidence-based therapeutic techniques and advancing my knowledge in both clinical practice, counselling and research. I initially pursued this subject to understand the human mind and find answers to my personal fears, but it eventually became a passion. As I delved deeper, I discovered that human minds differ drastically from one another. Indeed, the diversity in human minds is fascinating and complex.
