   Mr. Hitesh has worked with leading organizations like Prime Group, Maharishi Group, Perot Systems, MindTree Consulting, GlobalLogic and AON Hewitt on various technical and managerial roles for 14 years before becoming a serial entrepreneur. He is also the Founder of Defined Values Publishers Pvt. Ltd, Member - Mentor Board of CFO4SME.com, Member - Executive Council of Young Entrepreneurs Network and Delhi State Vice President of an NGO Social Life Services Organization.There was something buried deep in his heart to channelize his energies towards organizing his country and re-establish its status as Sone Ki Chidiya (Golden Bird) and Vishwaguru (mentor of the world). This inspired him to do a deep research on the ancient Vedic philosophy and contemporary western organizational development philosophies to create a blended human and organizational development framework, Self-Actualized Leadership Development Program (SALDP), which has best of both worlds integrated into the same. He published his extensive research outcome in the form of a book titled, “Code of Citizen’s Conduct (Rashtradharma)” for which he was conferred with Pride of India Award by Pratima Raksha Samman Samiti (a National NGO working for the cause of Martyrs). He has codenamed the scope of work of his mission as Project YugParivartan (Project Grand Change). He has organized and spoken in more than 40 public events. He has founded 4 organized professional networks namely; Defined Values Trainers Network (DVTN), Defined Values Business Network (DVBN), Self-Actualized Leadership Network (SALN) and Self-Realized Mentorship Network (SRMN).His company, Defined Values Consultants Pvt Ltd, achieved the 2015 Leaders Award by 24MRC Network under the category “Fastest Growing Consultancy Brand in Human Resources in Delhi/NCR”, under his leadership.
