I oversee India operations across legal, compliance, company secretarial, litigation and governance matters, while collaborating with global and regional teams. I advise leadership to enable business growth through effective risk management, regulatory alignment, and robust governance.Previously, I worked with Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited, a nearly 150-year-old premier defence organisation and a top 500 listed entity (NSE & BSE), specialising in warship and commercial vessel construction, and the manufacturing of weapons and marine engines. My responsibilities spanned legal affairs, secretarial, compliance, policy and allied strategic assignments. In parallel, I served as the Treasurer of the Indian Shipbuilders Association, contributing to industry level engagement across shipbuilding, warship construction, ship repair, and the broader maritime ecosystem.I hold degrees from Gujarat National Law University, DES Law College (Fergusson College, Pune), ICSI, and L S Raheja College, Mumbai, supported by certificate courses from renowned institutions such as NISM AIF Managers.Across my academic & professional journey, I have remained engaged in research in law, economics, and finance.
