I am the Head of Technical Services at ArcelorMittal, the world\'s leading steel and mining company. I have over 16 years of experience in the mining industry, and I hold a 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate issued by DGMS. My core competencies include open pit mining, pit optimization and design, production scheduling, resource and reserve estimation, and mine planning software.My mission is to deliver strategic and innovative solutions that enhance the growth and efficiency of the technical services department and the mine over its lifetime. I lead a team of professionals in mine planning, geology, quality control, survey, and laboratory, and I ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. I have successfully led the mine plan budgeting process, coordinated the activities of the technical services department, and performed annual mineral resource and reserve statements.
