About Hitesh Tembhare
As a highly motivated professional with 9+ years of experience in handling End to End Database Programming, Deployment and Life cycle management. My experience includes working on platforms like Medidata Rave, Medidata Batch uploader module, Oracle Clinical. I am a Certified RAVE SDBE and have built and delivered EDC studies using Medidata Rave across multiple therapeutic. I am Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Rave Batch Uploader module, Post Production Changes, Local Labs set-up. In my current role as one of the core member of the RAINBOW project (Migration of Ongoing OC studies to RAVE EDC) which is first of its kind in the Clinical research Industry. I have been managing Database developers team of 17 Associates(External Associates).Resource forecasting, onboarding new associates, training, task allocation, reviewing project deliverables.Handling queries and guiding DM and CTT team regarding the process.Creating Mapping specifications (Batch uploader & LSH merge) and Rule File activities.Creating Batch Uploader Configuration as per Batch uploader mapping specification.Uploading OC data to RAVE EDC via Batch uploader module as per specification.Involving in DDPASS discussions and providing inputs to resolve issues in downstream data flow. Reviewing Study Database to ensure quality.I am committed to quality and contribute to best practices and process improvements. A good team player with problem-solving, analytical, reasoning, and debugging skills, I have the ability to learn and master new technologies quickly. I am self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and work autonomously in a professional approach.
