Responsible for entire Last-mile DC Outbound Operations activity, We are serving 18 digitals Stores, 120 MJS,B2C,IB sales,Resq sites customers,Online customers like RD.IN & JMD customer across all Rajasthan and PAN India DC-DC Movement-Ensuring the timely processing and connection of customer’s and stores order as per the business requirements-Handling a team of 35 ground staff including picker, assistant, Deo’s, supervisor, MHE operators, Define and set various operational KPI’s for 3pl staff and analysis their productivity-DC Efficiency monitoring like Daily FnR processing, SO/STO processing, daily monitoring and Processing of IB Sale orders, VLPOD, TRIP DMS, and Trip Closure,On time GRN etc-Customer focused and Revenue oriented and cost optimized-Planning our day resources, like Manpower / MHE / Space / HHT etc…-Ensure all the Transactions happens through HHT.
