Started up an journey of HR Solution before 12 Years as venture INSTANTNAUKRI.COM looking forward to the demand of Industrial manpower with right skill, worked with IT, NON IT and Educational Institute Recruiting till Sn. Level of Position as Principal, Director, General Manager and many Team Leaders at no\'s of MNC and Corporate bodies. Looking towards the demand of right skill started up career counselling to 10th and 12th Students in selecting their right track. As my exposure to the demand of industries goes on,my knowledge about IT Skills, HR Solution, Hiring System, I implemented at different organisation. Delivered no\'s of Seminar on Different subjects as How to get the First Job, Training to the staff, Motivational Programs, Peace of mind, Yoga where my key subjects.In 2007, as per my nature and name, I thought of helping students in the process of selecting career, colleges and their process of admission at India and Abroad,I started guiding to the student and parents in the name of GUJARATHELPLINE.COM without a single charge to students. Till date I and my team have guided more than Aspirants with their 5yrs career graph projection.In 2012. I found a big gap at Knowledge and skill of Final Year students ready to get placement and demand of Industries. Deficiency and quick change in demand of technology, Practical implementation of work was not there with students which gave students get on off the tract to their qualification due to lack of job. Here I started up a solution of INPTC as Skill Development Centre for Final Year students where the training was made on industrial demand, by Industrial Trainers, with Technological exposure to HR was the key to give direct placement at Companies. Every Year more than 200 Students got the benefit and placed well at companies to startup their earning session. Blessings of this people, today company have 4 offices with more than 25+ staff in India.
