I am a part of KYC Compliance team into Anti-Money Laundering domain for the product known as Acuris Risk Intelligence and employed as Client Care Support.Being the first touch point for the client to liaise with, I am responsible for answering tickets globally, responding to clients, forward research, compliance, enhanced due diligence queries ofclients to respective teams and follow up with them, get back to clients with finalfeedback, ensure that tickets are answered satisfactorily to close the same.My job role ensures full understanding of the customer issue, escalate to other support groups when necessary by communicating with client, relationship managers in various international locations, internal departments and management teams, clarify and record information in the internal systems.I was involved in the special project of managing CRM, and currently also handle customer queries of our cross-products which is - Anti-Corruption Report, Hedge Fund Law Report, Cyber Security Law Report, Private Equity Law Report, Blackpeak under our Risk and Compliance Domain.I have also undertaken various AML and Compliance courses under internal companies learning and development portal.
