Currently employed in TATA Projects Ltd. as Deputy project manager, Data center project. Hitesh graduated from IIT Roorkee in the Civil engineering discipline with a keen interest and practical exposure to fieldwork. He has also done two year-long on-campus Leadership Development Program at IIM-A. Hitesh focuses on consistently improving proven project management skills to improve project quality, cost, and time metrics. He is proficient in managing complex projects, maintaining PnL, developing cash flows and s-curves, and monitoring and controlling costs and managing resources. He has good knowledge of Cost reports, UBR identification, and liquidation, Project schedule, delay analysis, and change management with time, cost, and scope metrics. Apart from work, Hitesh is passionate about Art; he spends his spare time painting and learning things about investing and the stock market.
