Manage a team which is responsible for Qc of instruments at HO and Team of Service Engineers at Field.• Monitor Complete service support and technical support to all SE & SSEs daily basis.• Following up with Engineer\'s daily activity and outcome.• Complete responsibility of AMC and service charges including acheivement of assingned target.• Follow up SE & SSE for Candendarized PM Visits.• If required,ready to visit customers and work along with Engineers and provide onsite training.• Technical training for new joiners.• Online service supports and programming in our own fully auto analysers.• Communication with principal companies for unsolved service related issues and arranging required spares from them.• Spare management for all products viz,spare ordering,monthly analysis etc,defective spare,warranty claims.• New Product Evaluation.• Ensure 100% compliance of all systems and process.• To Ensure timely service of instruments sent to HO.
