Business Analyst - GDTA Evolve Reporting Digital SupportDigital Support Utility is a new dynamic and evolving team that supports Clients, Investors and HSBC teams globally in becoming more self sufficient by utilising the digital platforms available to them.​Played a crucial role in analysing reporting, assisting clients with complex report builds and performing UAT on new features in the platforms along with working on backlog items and linking with automation of operations reporting processes.​Working alongside the Digital Support team members, Product, Client Management and Operations in reviewing, analysing and building client reporting to assist operations in automating reporting where possible, to guide and assist clients in building reports and to assist Product ensure backlog items and roadmap releases are tested and successfully incorporated to the Utility team knowledge base. ​2. Business Analyst - Spark Implementation Phase I - HSBCGather requirements of the corporate action processing rules, consolidate into technical logic that is applicable in spreadsheet.Configure excel formula which incorporated with business logic, fine tuning with requirements adjustment.Test management and execution: SME support across multiple testing phases; participating in end-to-end test strategy development; creation and execution of test cases.Impact: Convert Excel spreadsheets into ready-to-integrate APIs. With no-code APIs, business teams can more easily collaborate with IT to create value with internal systems, partners and new market opportunities.Coherent Spark standardize, centralize, secure and audit business logic for better Data management, security, control, traceability and accuracy.
