As on date working as process governance – working as a link between multiple system management teams (outsourced and in house) and end users Four Regional teams and warehouse / PUC team enabling smooth functioning of system support. From 2017 to 2018 – Launch and implementation of – Atlas accounting and warehouse management software & Red Prairie Warehouse management software and system integration of both the software From Dec 2018 to Date –Associate manager - Process Governance Lead – DTD (Inventory Management) Business process management and analytics with insight into agreed SLAs and KPIs and compliance with them Generates, identifies and exploits opportunities via internal and external benchmarking to ensure solutions are best in class and support change and innovation.
