Engineered multi-index hybrid search pipelines combining dense (vector) and sparse retrieval with custom scoring, guardrails for safety, and lettuce detection (anomaly/outlier flagging) across massive knowledge bases. Deployed Milvus on AWS EKS with Kubernetes, setting up custom horizontal scaling, GPU-backed inference, automatic backup, and index optimization—built in collaboration with the Milvus core team to handle real-time hybrid retrieval at scale. Integrated conversational features with memory modules, enabling dynamic context-aware interactions, multi-turn conversation continuity, and embedding-based search chaining.
