End-to-End Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process• Hands-on execution of the complete sales cycle: Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Post-Goods Issue, Billing, and Customer Payment follow-up.Pricing & Condition Technique• Configuration and maintenance of pricing procedures, condition records, discounts, surcharges, freight, and tax determination.Master Data Management• Creation and extension of Material Master (finished goods, trading goods, service materials).• Maintenance of Service Codes, Asset Codes, and Vendor Masters in coordination with MM & Finance teams.Cross-Module Integration• Daily collaboration with MM, PP, and FICO for inventory movements, production requirements, and financial postings.Support & Enhancements• Requirement gathering, preparation of functional specifications, system testing, and user training for new developments and change requests.Industry Focus – Retail• Managing high-volume order processing, stock transfers, and timely billing in a fast-moving retail environment.
