We just launched Hotels and International Flights as new categories under my leadership. Have led Amazon IN Co-Brand Credit card and helped it scale from 1 Million customers to 3 Million customers in 2 years. We were one of first cards in Industry to use Video KYC for registering new customers. Have also setup Pay on Delivery team from scratch. Have also rich experience leading customer services technologies where i led the Chat and Email Customer Service Tech platforms for Amazon Global customer service. experience leading Global and IN specific Products.
