Rs. 9 lacs annually) and enhancing flexibility of Supply Chain to enhance growth of Company.• Efficient planning of supply routes and times to cater to immediate and Ad-hoc requirements, was able to reduce fuel cost by 18% month on month through efficient route planning and enhancing outlet storage.• Waste Management: Contribution to revenue generation for company from managing its waste efficiently.
