Collaborated on a critical project to transition from the end-of-service HMI language (iFix) to the industry-standard Vijeo- Deployed and updated 50 Global Objects from the repository, ensuring correct placeholders and descriptions by referencing iFIX objects and replacing outdated versions- Validated and configured touch command popups, identifying and integrating necessary elements such as names, commands, and analog data, while maintaining consistency in reference parameters- Developed and implemented animation scripts (components) to pass data accurately to reference parameters, enhancing the functionality of buttons and displays for improved operational efficiency- Collaborated with client to reverse engineer MOD 5 into an advanced DCS system- Orchestrated point I/O list, encompassing tag details signal parameters, engineering units, controller allocations, operator inputs, calculations, alarms and analog control loops as foundation for system design.
