Hisham boasts an impressive 14-year tenure working with UN Women, honing his expertise in a range of Operations and Programme Management roles. Previously stationed at UNW\'s Gaza Sub-office/Palestine CO for 9 years and later serving as the Programme Support Team Coordinator at the Jordan CO for nearly 2.5 years, he currently holds the position of Grants Operations Analyst with UNTF for 2 years. Hisham\'s expertise extends to high-value complex financial and budget management, as was managing the financial coordination of Jordan\'s development results framework, which includes two significant multi-year, multi-donor pooled funds totaling nearly 40 million USD. Additionally, he holds operational and financial responsibility for UN Women\'s cash-for-work interventions in Syrian Refugee camps, facilitated through the cutting-edge blockchain technology, UN Women\'s Building Blocks. Hisham\'s adeptness in audit management and coordination of internal and external audits further adds to his comprehensive skill set.
