Experienced sales and customer success leader with a strong background in sales enablement, strategy development, and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I have successfully driven initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and boost revenue growth. My expertise includes leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful results. As the Head of Sales and Customer Success at Adeptmind, I played a pivotal role in launching North America\'s first Shopping Centre Digital Marketplace, driving sales across over 100 malls. By collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, I helped develop innovative solutions and streamline internal processes, delivering significant value to our customers. In addition to my leadership experience, I have a solid foundation in client operations analysis, having served as Implementation Manager, where I tailored strategies to align with business requirements. My focus on proactive issue resolution and problem-solving contributed to high client retention rates and strengthened our competitive position in the tech industry. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA and preparing for the PMP certification, further expanding my strategic and project management skills.
