A seasoned IT leader with PMP certification that leverages new technology, excellent communication skills and reporting to deliver insights that formulate business strategy.Currently, as Director of Advancement Information Systems, I manage Gift Registration, Reporting & Analytics, Advancement IT Systems, Membership Technology and User Service & Support covering the technical component of the Smithsonian\'s Advancement operation. Our team recently completed the buildout of our data warehouse to support reporting. Created and implemented several JIRA projects for transparency in our development operations workflow. We leverage Tableau to deliver standardized, dynamic reports/dashboards online for our users. Finally, I am also serving as the Advancement Business Champion (and co-lead for the Center of Excellence) for the Smithsonian\'s Institution-wide Salesforce CRM implementation (which also incorporates Audience Engagement, Visitor Services, Case/Knowledge Management).At Catholic University, worked to implemented/administer our data warehouse, Github version control, Tableau Server to produce world-class data visualizations that transformed how users viewed and interacted with data. Led the migration from Millennium (Oracle) to Raiser\'s Edge (SQL Server) in FY18 and consolidated our digital engagement presence from Blackbaud Luminate Online to AlumniQ in FY19 resulting in a cost savings of $100k+ annually.Separately, I am passionate about fitness and implemented a wellness initiative with Strava as the technology partner to encourage engagement through fitness University-wide (faculty/staff).
