Conducting onboarding process for all new employees including orientations, compliance screening, onboarding activities, managing new hire and manager onboarding experience for an overall positive experience • Execute Human Resource strategies and initiatives, goals, and other key performance indicators. • Providing support to employees and managers in accessing and delivering employee development programs and supporting individual development. • Provide coaching, consulting, and facilitation support to influence behavior consistent with company values and leadership competencies • Partner with managers as well as other HR partners to prioritize and execute key initiatives in support of strategic operational targets. • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
