I have 18+ years of experience as a skilled quality and compliance leader, carrying broad safety management and continuous improvement insights for the medical and healthcare field. I have a passion and love for helping people and doing what I can to save & sustain lives.I specialize in continuous improvement, product management and regulatory compliance practices. Upon joining my most recent role with the MedZed team, I led the organization through creating more effective PPE processes and distribution teams. Like many other medical institutions, MedZed had experienced a PPE shortage at the height of the pandemic, preventing nurses from traveling to visit their patients. I was able to help the company locate and expand crucial partnerships with multiple vendors for more accessible PPE supplies. MedZed previously had nurses and community health navigators across 10 varying locations (MD, NJ, DC, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Antonia, Fresno, Butte, Imperial, and San Diego). I also helped to create and train staff across these 10 locations, handling and distributing PPE inventory and supplies.
