Internal Interview Question Bank Web Application• Solely led the rebuild of a globally scalable question bank for Amazon interviewers, named TARDIS (The Amazon Repository for Diverse Interview Scripts)• Designed database schema and full infrastructure using AWS CDK, Lambda (Python), DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and Smithy for API modelling• Integrated Amazon Bedrock LLMs (Nova for fast checks, Claude for deep reasoning) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns with custom CDK guardrails• Developed the frontend using React (first-time use), adding key features such as saving scripts, bookmarks, semantic search, and DEI/bias analysis• Redesigned DynamoDB schema mid-project to optimise for query access patterns, with support from senior engineers• Onboarded Hiring Sciences API to fetch live role-competency mappings; TARDIS is now the only tool using this trusted data source• Demoed project to internal global teams who plan to roll it out organisation-wideObservability & Grafana Integration Project• Designed and implemented observability enhancements for internal tools by integrating with Grafana and Tempo using OTEL trace data• Built a reusable CDK stack to deploy Amazon Managed Grafana, Tempo, and a custom integration Lambda to streamline team onboarding• Self-learned Grafana and trace architecture, providing reusable templates for future integrations within the department• Delivered both internal and external visualisation integrations based on initial research and stakeholder presentations
