About Hirsa Abbasian
Master\'s of Petroleum Engineering with experience in upstream as a production engineer and several position in LNG & Pipeline businesses. Extensive practical Leadership experience with The ASPIRE Field Service development program at Baker Hughes which is a unique learning experience that shapes recent university graduates and establishes a clear path to future career growth and development after completion of the program. there are several rotations as well as on the job training (OJT) assignments which allows to gain insight into the track as a whole and in parallel exposes to different leadership skills and collect valuable experience in many different areas. Beside my engineering background I had the opportunity to have several Project/Service management roles. I am a real fan of Process simplification, simulation and visualization and always looking for optimization opportunities. While HSE is always on top of my everyday activity, I am committed also to very high level quality of any task I am performing. I believe that being proactive is a great way to be successful in every project, so a simple principle I always follow is: plan as much as you can in advance but also have a back up plan! And yes! It is true that you can not plan everything specially in the world of Agile but with an effective communication it is possible to identify roadblocks earlier which make it possible to manage more effectively.
