I\'ve been designing content and writing UX copy for Three UK as part of a vast digital transformation project, collaborating with stakeholders across the business on end-to-end user journeys within an agile framework.My team has been embedded in the project from the scoping and requirements-gathering stage through to testing, delivery, and BAU handover. I\'ve worked on thousands of pieces of web, app, comms, and knowledge base content, iterating from effective and compliant MVPs to fully developed finished products.Key skills:• Designing accessible content and writing UX copy for end-to-end user journeys• Adapting to distinctive tones of voice and brand personalities• Building out content strategies and governance models• Analysing results and testing concepts to improve user experience• Creating and maintaining style guides, pattern libraries, and usage rules• Establishing robust production processes to deliver quality content on time• Using tools such as Figma, AEM, WordPress, Jira, Google Analytics, Photoshop• Working with UX, product, tech, and legal teams to define requirements• Developing relationships with other internal teams and external agencies
