We have the largest in-house stock of durable and customizable industrial storage units and we’re also one of the only companies to stock cantilever racking in Canada.We specialize in supplying, distributing, installing repairing, and maintaining industrial pallet storage units for supply chain warehouses, industrial storage facilities, and manufacturing factories.We provide a full package for our customers, from consulting and design/CAD drawings to supply material, delivery and installation, repair, and maintenance. We also offer warehouse protection products, safety inspections and pre-start health and safety reviews, stocking programs, rack buy-back, and relocation services.

WHAT I DO: I oversee the operations of our warehouse as well as our off-site storage locations. We ship nationally and internationally. HOW I DO IT: I manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. WHY IT MATTERS: I ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. WHO I WORK WITH: I manage relations with key operations vendors. I work directly with the management team to perform an analysis of our inventory to ensure utilization of the inventory, maintain solid inventory data, and reduce costs. I communicate with the upper management team and safety team to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA health and safety regulations. MY BACKGROUND: As an accomplished and goal-driven Warehouse and Operations Manager at Williams Telecommunications Co. I have contributed 23 years of extensive experience in management and tactical business leadership. I bring expertise spanning business administration and change management, achieving optimal results by competently planning, organizing, and a solution-oriented approach while driving growth, profitability, and strategic alliances. I bring high energy and a professional approach to my work. I have been successful in developing trust and relationships with both our internal working staff and outside suppliers and contacts. I have developed inventory systems that have greatly improved cycle counts and the accuracy of stock on hand, as well as identifying slow-moving and obsolete items, contributing to significant savings and efficiency.
