Mechanical design of eMachine rotor/stator assemblies and associated components using Multiphysics tools- Run CAE analysis, summarise results. Perform modelling and analysis of high and low cycle fatigue in rotating and static components- Perform design optimisation studies- Perform fit calculations for a range of boundary conditions and geometric/dimensional tolerances- Perform modal analysis on rotating assemblies and support further NVH calculations- Liaise with internal and external test facilities to review test data and perform correlation to CAE models- Support CAD engineers with GD & T sign-off- Support the development of test procedures and internal Standards relating to the mechanical aspects of eMachine assemblies and subcomponents- Support the component delivery engineers in the compilation of programme deliverables related to the mechanical aspects of the eMachine.
