Project Scope: Vistex Paybacks and Chargebacks, VMS integration, Dealer Portal (ICS integration), PI/PO integration, BWReimplemented Vistex solution as per management’s direction as the solution implemented by prior team was deemed defective and unsustainable. The reimplementation scope included claim, accrual, reconciliation, and settlement activities. The design focused on payments to dealer for model-volume-time horizon-based incentives for wholesale and retail deliveries. Both accrual and transaction based payment calculations requirements were fulfilled. Managed all phases of this business initiative including scoping, budget, executive approval, design, build, and go-live. The project is now in Hypercase phase with planned transition to system supports team.The project was delivered on-time and within the budget. The Sales and Marketing business unit sees on-time and accurate incentive payments to dealers that results in higher dealer satisfaction & increase in total sales.
