Handling project work of electrical and maintenance with coordination of M/s Shroff consultancy pvt ltd, Mumbai.(Like IMCC panel operation, HT section and other electrical Equipment erection, commissioning, loop checking with Honeywell DCS system etc.)Safe & Efficient operation of all equipments by supervising and performing equipment maintenance on a daily basis.Statutory compliance related all electrical documents.(Energy audit, Electrical safety audit and power quality audit)Cordial relations with all relevant government officials in specific to GUJARAT officials.Periodic review of approval and validity status of various applicable licenses and initiate appropriate actions well in advance.Periodic maintenance of Earth pits, transformers, lightening arresters & HT yard related.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipments at plant level.Strengthening of AMC model. Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance inspections. Conduct safety compliance inspections and maintain records.Strengthening of Break Down addressable system.Analyse equipment failures, determine causes and make necessary adjustments or repairs.Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of operations.Identification and assessment of vendors for supply & service in coordination with procurement department.Develop & implement spare parts policy at plant level.Necessary technical inputs to supporting staff and develop need based training plans for supporting staff at all times.Round the clock operation of the HT yard to ensure quality power to the site through efficient electrical distribution.To aware about selection of hazardous and flame-proof equipments.To Implement and review on scope of energy conservation.To lead internal audit related to electrical and LOTO system implementation.To aware about maintenance in hazardous area.
