Collaborated with backend developers, QAs, and BAs to deploy enhancements, new features, and bug fixes tailored to stakeholder requirements and market changes.Key Achievements: Development of Caxton\'s cutting-edge in-house iOS and Android app, built with React-Native and TypeScript. o Incorporated Redux Toolkit for state management and API integration and styled-components for styling. o Strict linting and pre-commit checks to ensure good coding practices. o The app enabled customers to access all web features via Caxton’s API, resulting in a 20% increase in currency trades. Directed a new customer support system to be used externally to alleviate internal team pressures which resulted in a reduction in calls by 25%. o Applied an MVP strategy by building a system with the bare minimum functionality required to resolve the most common customer queries such as card transaction information. o Gathered requirements from stakeholders in the customer support team who used the existing system. o Designed the UI in Figma. o Implemented the UI with React and TypeScript, and React Context for state management, enhancing the performance and user experience. o OAuth Token for secure API connectivity to the asp.net API backend.
