I\'m a marketing leader with 15+ years of experience spanning media agencies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.Most recently, I led an integrated, omnichannel marketing team at Tinuiti, driving holistic strategy for enterprise retail clients. Before that, I served as Head of SEO, leading a 25-person department and overseeing the division’s P&L. I brought strategic vision and thought leadership to the role, driving cross-functional initiatives that leveraged SEO to uncover new growth opportunities and strengthen long-term client impact.Outside of work, I apply my leadership and business skills to causes I care deeply about. I\'m the Founder of the Cantonese American Association, a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and preserving Cantonese culture. I also serve as the volunteer Executive Director of 8by8, a tech-driven nonprofit combatting Asian hate by increasing AAPI voter registration and civic participation.I\'m passionate about partnering with heart-led brands and using marketing to amplify underrepresented voices.
