Designed and implemented many technology upgrade projects with projects teams. Includes the following major projects: 1) BAR (Banking Application Replacement)- Replaced Vancity\'s old core banking system with modernized Temenos banking system. 2) Fair and Fast Mobile App (V1)- a B2C retail loan landing mobile app, which is fully integrated with Vancity back-end systems, can approve loans and fund it in real-time. 3) TSYS Upgrade - Vancity\'s credit card payment solution platform upgrade project. 4) MCE Upgrade - Replaced Vancity\'s Call Center platform with modernized Genesys SAS solutions. 5) FX Upgrade - The project updates Spectrum, the Vancity\'s core payment system via the FX Platform. 6) MDM Project - The project implements Master Data Management for Vancity, which provides a consolidated customer view across multiple LOBs as well as multiple financial institutes. 7) AML Project - implements NICE Actimize as new Regulatory Compliance system for Vancity.Technologies utilized include BizTalk, ESB Toolkit 2.1, MS Service Bus, SOA, XML/XSLT, C#, WCF/WF, AppFabric, Azure, TOGAF, MDM, etc.
