Working with my teammate, Jennifer Springer, we are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of CRM Internal training material for Tekion employees. In addition to over 12 e-Learning modules created since January 2023, we have built a two-week hybrid training course that is split virtually and in-classroom. We strive to make sure every type of learner has the best experience while taking our courses and leaves prepared to train clients in the field. While my main focus is the above-mentioned role, I also work with other teams such as product and implementation on a variety of projects to ensure our clients’ success with the Tekion platform.
