Manage $2B worth of infrastructure to include 135 facilities and interior and exterior water, sewer, HVAC, electric, civil, structural systems, and transportation networks over 43K acres directly supporting 415 test and evaluation personnel. Apply asset management principles and develop 5 year execution plans to provide executive leaders up to the highest levels of the Air Force strategies to align mission support and infrastructure funding with right time right place spending. Use BUILDER sustainment management system and facility condition assessments on up to 13 infrastructure systems to develop and execute an $8M annual sustainment budget. Perform community planning to include district and area plans to innovatively use existing facility space, rehabilitate facilities, or demolish and construct new. Directly manage or collaborate with engineers to execute 10-15 construction projects annually. Maintain relationships and work hand-in-hand with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Test Center, 300+ local engineering technicians, contractor personnel, contracting officers, and facility managers to accomplish construction projects and more than 1K work orders per year. Use contract vehicles to secure architectural and engineering 10%- 100% designs to advocate for or execute project funding.
