In October of 2020, I joined Highmark\'s internal creative agency, Tonic. Working as a Senior Writer to support Highmark Health\'s insurance side of the business, I develop sales and educationally focused content to support various product lines, including Medicare, Commercial, and ACA accounts and customers. I also provide ongoing content support and created the voice and style guide for Highmark\'s Member Chatbot and the first of its kind Covid-19 Chatbot. Recently, I also created content as part of an email and SMS campaign to help educate members abut the value of a Health Savings Account — to save for near term and long term retirement. I created targeted messaging that were both aimed at educating members and acquiring members not already enrolled in an HSA.
