ABOUT HIRDESH TULSIYANI

At KAPSO, India\'s leading business brokers, I help clients buy, sell, or invest in businesses, applying my skills in casebook, operations management, and strategic consulting. In the past month, I have worked on several deals, conducting due diligence, valuation, and negotiation for various industries and domains. Before joining KAPSO in January 2024, I was a senior consultant at the Consulting Club of NM College, where I led and delivered multiple projects for clients ranging from startups to NGOs. I also have experience as a business development head at FPro Wealth Private Ltd, where I identified and pursued new opportunities for wealth management services, working closely with the founder\'s office. I also worked as a business analyst in a boutique consulting firm, Breakthrough Management Private Ltd. where I researched on 7+ industries and 30 +companies. I also worked as an intern in a forex consultancy firm where I learnt more about currencies. I am pursuing my degree in commerce at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, and I have completed the foundation level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am passionate about solving complex business problems and creating value for clients and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the field of finance and consulting.
