I am a Customer Success Manager at Saleshandy, a leading email productivity and automation tool. I have been with the company since 2020, starting as a Customer Success Executive and progressing to my current role. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Dharmsinh Desai University. My core competencies include the Voice of the Customer, Onboarding, Upgrades, Retention, Churn Management, and Customer Experience. As a Customer Success Manager, I help customers and manage Customer Success Activities such as Customer Onboarding, Training, Requirement Gathering, Customer Success Management, Renewals, upselling, and creating a company-wide customer feedback loop. I also assist the customers who use the company\'s product, replying to inbound queries and getting on web conferences with users to help them with the product. I collaborate closely with other departments to build effective strategies that ensure client satisfaction and retention.
