I am a challenge-driven scientist with over 14 years of experience in small molecule metabolism and biotransformation (in-vitro/in-vivo DMPK) across pharmaceutical and agrochemical research. A trusted problem solver, I am often the go-to person for troubleshooting methods, instruments, and scientific roadblocks. My expertise includes structural elucidation of unknown metabolites using LC-HRMS, working with radiolabeled (C-14) and stable-labeled (C-13) compounds, and designing strategies to support small molecule drug structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies.As a study director and mass spectrometry specialist, I have successfully managed up to 12 ongoing studies simultaneously, delivering consistent results within targeted timelines. My experience includes developing in-vitro assays such as microsomal/S9 assays for metabolite identification, assessing reactivity (GSH trapping), and identifying soft spots, metabolic pathways, and drug-metabolizing enzymes.
